CRS LAX BASHES: The Denver Series!

We will be hosting 2 Charity CRS LAX BASHES in Denver, September 26th and October 25th. We are rallying our family, friends, and the CO athletic community to come out and party for a purpose!

The first of the Denver events will be at Spill Night Club (1410 Market St., Denver, CO 80202), benefiting Kate Levin and Family. Details for the October Bash to follow. Kate, a cancer survivor, was recently diagnosed with the disease once again. We are gathering together to aid in her 2nd victory over the disease! 20% of all sales from 6pm-9pm will go to benefit Kate and her family, arrive thirsty at 6pm sharp! Drink specials will run all night, no cover. We will also have cause bracelets that will be free with any donation- our goal is to have everyone at the party wearing at least one!

THANK YOU to all who came out for our 4th Annual “Lax Cures” 3v3 Charity Tourney! We celebrated our largest year yet and had an incredible time teaching and working with the Denver Big Brothers Big Sisters Sports Buddies! It’s always nice to see the cause we are helping first hand, we are greatful for the experinece and can’t wait to work with The Denver BBBS Sports Buddies again! Hopefully we have some new lacrosse players on our hands!Also, THANK YOU to all volunteers, coaches, and officials! Finally, THANK YOU to our Sponsors: Clif Bar, POWERare, Justin’s Nut Butters, and KCUV! Just a reminder that our Annual Charity 3v3, “Lax Cures” is right around the corner and we are still taking teams for a short time! We would love to have representation from every program and team, it’s for a great cause and will be a great time! All profits are going to benefit The Big Brothers Big Sisters Sports Buddies Program of Denver. All ages, boys/girls, and men/women welcome. Open to: Boy’s and Girl’s of all Ages, Beginners/ Intermediate/Advanced playersInstructor: Current High School coaches, nationally ranked top 20 D-1 collegiate players and graduates.Dates: June 23rd- 27th

Times and Locations: 9:00am-1:00pm at Grandview HS

Description: This lacrosse clinic is designed to teach beginning players the fundamentals of lacrosse and advance the skills of the intermediate/ advanced players. Beginners will be learning catching and throwing, cradling, ground balls, etc. Intermediate players will cover offensive and defensive strategies, and all around advanced lacrosse skills.

Intermediate and advanced players will model a college level practice with advanced drills and concepts- offensive and defensive strategies such as, attacking plays and zone defense.

This is a competitive 3v.3 CHUMASH tourney to showcase talent and raise money for The Colorado Big Brothers Big Sisters Sports Buddies Program. 100% of the tournament profits will be going to benefit The Colorado BBBS Sports Buddies Program. The Colorado BBBS Sports Buddies program allows at risk youth an opportunity to get involved with all kinds of athletics, whether it’s playing a game or attending a professional athletic event with a big brother or big sister.  Athletics have played such a significant role in all of our lives; this is an excellent opportunity to expose others to the wonderful world of sports.  Please visit www.bbbscolo.org for more information.

There will also be a coed men’s/women’s division! Register alone or put together your own team and register as a team. Each team can be comprised of 4-5 players, 5 players are recommended. You may have players on your team from different schools, but you must register with your 3v3 team all together.  Length and number of games will depend on number of participants.
