Head coach Bill Tierney and assistant coaches Matt Brown and Trevor Tierney will represent DU as “Sport’s Heroes” at the Cherry Hills Christian School book fair

DENVER – University of Denver men’s lacrosse head coach Bill Tierney and assistant coaches Matt Brown and Trevor Tierney will represent the Pioneers at the Cherry Hills Christian School Book Fair as “Sport’s Heros,” on Tuesday, Nov. 10 from 6-8 p.m.

All three will be signing autographs and taking pictures with families in attendance. During the evening, there will be a raffle to benefit a program called “One for Books,” a nation-wide program sponsored through Scholastic Inc., that puts books into the hands of disadvantaged children across the country.

Prizes to be given away including a Denver Outlaws game jersey and tickets to an upcoming game.
