Denver Men’s Lacrosse to Host Notre Dame at Invesco Field at Mile-High

Pioneers will host the Fighting Irish on April 11 at 1:30 p.m. at Invesco Field

DENVER- The University of Denver men’s lacrosse team will host the Notre Dame Fighting Irish at Invesco Field at Mile-High on April 11, 2009, with the action facing-off at 1:30 p.m.

“I would like to thank Mac Freeman and the staff from the Broncos/Outlaws for giving us the opportunity to play Notre Dame at one of the finest sports facilities in the world,” said head coach Jamie Munro. “We hope that lacrosse fans come out in droves to watch the first Division I lacrosse game ever played at Invesco Field at Mile High.”

Tickets will go on sale during the first week of March and fans can purchase them through www.InvescoField.com or by calling 1-800-745-3000.

Season tickets for 2009 men’s lacrosse home games are currently on sale and individual tickets will go on sale, Monday, Feb. 16. Adult ticket are $9, while children’s and senior’s tickets are $5. Fans can call 303-871-2336 to purchase tickets or visit www.DenverPioneers.com for more information.
