Girls Lacrosse Coaches Needed- all Levels( East High School Denver Co)

Denver East High school- Denver Colorado- Seeking Girls Head Varsity, Varsity Assistant( not sure if Carrie is interested), VJV Level and C Team and Strength and conditioning coaches for the 2008-2009 Season.

Paid position dependent on experience with coaching insurance but no benefits. East is an inner city high school in Denver that has a very strong lacrosse program.

Responsibilities depend on the position. Common Responsibilities include designing and running practices for teams of up to 20 girls, taking a week long lacrosse trip( with additional parent chaperones) to the east coast for competition, communicating well with coaches, parents and players, uniting the program to work under consistent philosophies at all three levels, help develop and run fall and summer training programs for a variety of levels, run clinics for youth players to help inspire interest in East’s program, work with parents to help maintain a diverse team through raising money and providing funds to those in need.

The group of players that will compile both JV and Varsity teams next year have a strong talent base and are headed for great growth throughout the years. People hoping to make more than one year commitment preferred so that the program can stay strong and consistent.

Expectations: Candidates have worked with high school aged children, have coaching experience have lacrosse experience and knowledge, CPR certification helpful, teaching certificate helpful but not required.
