For the eighth consecutive summer, Colorado will field a select team, Team Denver, to play competitive tournament lacrosse in the 2008 Vail Shootout. This year, for the first time, Team Denver will participate as a U17 team rather than as a U16 team.
Participation is open to all players who were freshmen, sophomores, or juniors in high school during the 2007-2008 school year. Players selected for the team will be expected to attend all practices and games.
No player chosen for the team may try-out for any other 2008 select team.
