GAMBIER, Ohio — (April 12, 2008) Noah Flessel (Berkeley, CA/Berkeley) racked up his second six-goal game of the season, Devin Catlin (Charlottesville, VA/Western Albemarle) registered five assists, and David Page (West Chester, PA/St. Andrew’s (DE)) was sharp in goal with 11 saves. That trio set the tone Saturday afternoon for the Kenyon College lacrosse team’s 14-8 victory over the visiting Colorado College Tigers.
Flessel, who scored six goals in a win over Sewanee earlier this season, got the Lords off to a rapid start. He scored two of the team’s four first-quarter goals and two more of the team’s four second-quarter goals. Nate Pritchard (Narberth, PA/Lower Merion) assisted on Flessel’s goals in the first quarter and Catlin assisted on the ones in the second quarter, giving Kenyon an 8-4 lead at the half.
