The Competitive Athlete Training Zone - CATZ - offers speed, agility, and quickness training to lacrosse players. CATZ training is dynamic, effective, and fun; you will never do the same workout twice. CATZ workouts are the best and most effective training in the Denver area.
CATZ offers training to individuals, small groups, or teams. CATZ coaches will even come to your practice field to integrate performance training with your regularly scheduled practice.
CATZ is offering a Spring break speed camp 17-21 and 24-28 March. Three training sessions for $49. The training will focus on proper running technique and strengthening the proper muscles groups for maximum performance. The clinic will be held in our facility, so weather won’t be an issue.
