DENVER – The No. 16 University of Denver men’s lacrosse team will host No. 10 North Carolina on Saturday, Feb. 23 at Barton Stadium at 1:30 p.m.
 
North Carolina (1-0) won its season opener against Bellarmine, 15-2, last Saturday. UNC returns 40 players from its 2007 season.
 
Denver (1-0) dropped Colgate, 15-5, to open its 2008 season last Saturday. DU returns 16 players from 2007 and adds 19 newcomers.
 
The Pioneers trail the all-time series with the Tar Heels, 1-6, and fell to UNC, 11-8, last season in Chapel Hill, N.C.
